An intrepid feminist daughter discovers the world of the 9999, her late father’s 1960s pioneering artistic group in the radical architecture movement, when she finds his mysterious footage.

The film is layered, psychedelic and ironic, with a fresh approach to contemporary issues relating to environmental and technological challenges as the director revives their avant-garde projects.
